Tell us about your company and what you do?
We are a company that provides in-home behavior intervention therapy services (Applied Behavior Analysis) to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our board-certified clinicians conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA programs that meet the needs of each of our clients and our certified technicians implement the specified goals of the recommended program.
How did you get started in your industry?
I got started in this industry by volunteering in high school, I then transitioned into caregiving while attending college and thereafter became a behavior technician and an instructional aide. From there, I worked a variety of positions within the ABA field before becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
What is something about your business that most people do not know?
ABA is recognized as a medically necessary treatment that is funded by healthcare insurance. Children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and can receive the necessary services in their homes.
What advice do you have for others interested in doing what you do?
From a business perspective, you must understand the sacrifice and amount of time you will have to put into running a business. Working in the ABA field, I would recommend starting off at an entry-level and learn the implementation of ABA in the field.
Where do you see your business in 5 years?
Opening a clinic and providing quality services for children and families in need.

I am passionate about what I do for work, I love riding horses, being outdoors, and having an active lifestyle.
Other than work, what are you passionate about?
I love to ride and train horses.
What types of activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
Snowboarding, going to the gym and traveling.
Why did you choose Business Workspaces and how has working here helped your business?
I initially started needing occasional space to meet with clients while I was growing my business. As we grew, I needed a permanent space that was beautiful and also provided high-quality customer service to my employees.
What makes you feel energized about your business?
I am happy to provide a place where my clients can receive high-quality services and my employees have a positive and supportive work environment.
Do you have a daily habit that helps you be more successful?
Morning affirmations and going to the gym— taking care of myself is important so that I can take care of my clients and employees properly.
Do you have a book that you often recommend or gift to people? Why?
The power of Habit by Charles Duhigg— This book gave me great ideas on training my team and gives tips on “willpower” to keep going despite the circumstances faced within a work environment. Having a happy supported team is very important to me.
