We are lucky enough to have one of those realtors right here. Recently, we sat down with Mela Fratarcangeli, a local realtor with over 15 years in the industry, to learn more about herself, her business and why she chose Business Workspaces.
Tell us about your company and what you do?
I am real estate broker with Intero Real Estate. Real estate has been great for me. I love that it’s always changing and El Dorado Hills is growing so much and it’s exciting to be part of that.
How did you get started in your industry?
I have a passion for helping people and I have always had an interest in real estate so after a 20 year career in the financial service industry I decided to pursue my passion. My passion comes from getting to help and meet new people. One of the main reasons I got into the business was to work with so many different people. My company tagline is “unforgettable results” and I take that very serious. I love turning the dreams of my clients into their reality.
What is something about your business that most people do not know?
The average real estate agent sells 4 homes a year my team and I will sell 100 in 2019. When it comes to your most valuable asset who you work with matters. With my 15 years experience of being in the business, I’ve been able to see all different types of real estate markets at different times and grow with that.
It’s essential to work with someone that can give you expert advice. I believe I deliver that because I have such a high standard for this business and my basic belief is to do your best, give 110%. More than half of my business comes from referrals from previous clients and that has been instrumental in building my business.
Where do you see your business in 5 years?
In 5 years I envision my business to be renown in the greater El Dorado Hills and Folsom area for exceptional results and service making a difference in the community
Tell me about yourself?
I’m a bay area transplant but have lived in El Dorado Hills for 15 years. I have five children and my family is the most important thing in my life.
When not working, what are you passionate about?
My faith, my family, my 2 standard poodles, helping others and making a difference in the world are only a few things that drive me.
What types of activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
As a cancer survivor I am passionate about healthy living so it’s important to me to work out five days a week at 5 am. I am extremely grateful for overcoming that battle and my heart goes out to those fighting that same battle.
Why did you choose Business Workspaces and how has working here helped your business?
I immediately loved the professional environment of Business Workspaces. I have a high standard when looking for a space and those were and have been met while being here. I love the common areas such as the community café because of the wonderful environment. I also enjoyed meeting so many new people and have built relationships with other office members of all different businesses here.
