What is the goal of Folsom Lake Realty?
(Mark) Our goal has been to provide El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties with a top-class real estate agency composed of local agents.
(Amie) Also, we aim to provide service that reflects a reputation that is built upon integrity, empathy, and compassion.
When thinking about 20 years in business, what are you most proud of?
(Amie) We are so proud that Folsom Lake Realty is celebrating our 20th Year Anniversary and in doing so, we want to fill you in on what we have been working on behind the scenes. As a company, we have always kept a close eye on any changes in the industry and leveraged our ability to update our services to best support our client’s needs. In the last year, we have completely dissected and revamped our business in order to utilize the new technology and cutting edge techniques available to provide the best possible real estate service. We are grateful for the last 20 years and look forward to what the future has in store.

(Mark) We are extremely excited to be partnering with the San Francisco-based technology brokerage company, Side. When you’re not bust working, what do you like to do for fun?
(Mark) Besides work, family comes first. Ten years ago we started coaching the local high school’s mountain bike team and since then have gone on to start the non-profit Cycling Development that currently runs in seven of our local high school mountain biking teams and one junior high team. It is such a thrill to get outside, enjoy our northern California weather and bike with over 100 teenagers.
(Amie) In addition to our shared passion for mountain biking, I also love cooking, gardening and running.
Why did you choose Business Workspaces?
