Join us in welcoming the newest member to the Business Workspaces team, Laura LaBrada. Laura has joined the team as our new Community Manager. We are excited for everyone to learn more about Laura and look forward to what she will be able to bring to the team.
Where are you from originally?
I was born in Bellflower, California and raised in Santa Clarita, California.
What were you doing prior from joining Business Workspaces?
I was working as a spa manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, California.
What excited you about joining the Business Workspaces team?
When I came upon this opportunity, I loved the hospitality aspect of the job. Joining this team has allowed me to not only hone in on my hospitality expertise, but also opened a new area of learning all things regarding the coworking industry.
What are you passionate about?
Helping others has always been something I have been passionate about. I love being the go-to person for any task whether big or small. I also have a great passion for music, theatre, movies, and books.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I am not working, I love to tap into my creative side. Whether that is singing, learning an instrument, or escaping into a book or good movie. I always love to make time to do and/or learn something new.
Favorite restaurant or dish in El Dorado Hills?
So far, my favorite place has been Milestone on Town Center Blvd. My husband and I are vegan and still find it a bit of a struggle to find places to eat out, but we had the best service and quite honestly the best risotto dish I have ever had!
What do you hope to accomplish within your role?
I hope to learn more about the administrative side of running the business. I have a genuine interest in how it all works and find myself constantly asking questions about everything from billing to leasing out office suites. I hope to be comfortable enough in my role to keep growing and keep learning.
