Eyep Solutions Inc. is a regional systems integrator/value-added reseller (VAR) that provides secure network information technology and physical security solutions to customers around the nation. Rich Timm who is deeply experienced in data networking established us in 2005. In 2017, he expanded his team bringing that experience to the physical security sector and its evolution as a converged service. Eyep Solutions Inc. has continued to grow over the years, in 2019 Heather Young joined as a partner to help further grow our market and customer base adding experienced engineers and sales leaders year over year. We continue to deploy large enterprise data networks and physical security networks with full integration services, IT engineering support, and implementation services.
Rich Timm started in this field as a young man, working for some of the very same manufacturers we support today. Heather Young came over to this industry from an entirely different field but is adapting quickly.

Some of the daily habits that Rich and Heather share….
- Get up early! Be the first one in the door. Some days, you can see our competitive nature as we pull in the parking lot to find the other person’s car already here, then we strive to get here even earlier the next morning. “First to the Ball”
- Provide outstanding customer service! Customers and relationships are the meat and potatoes of our business. We do not just sell a product. We sell support and services, which means we are partners with our customers. Their pains are our pains and we work hard to make their work easier.
Business Workspaces has been a great solution for our company. We started out as an address customer, expanding in 2019 to our first office. Since that time, we have moved into now our third office space. Suite 158! As we have grown, so has our need for more space. Business Workspaces has been accommodating on all levels. We sincerely enjoy the staff and the comradery of the other tenants!
Rich’s favorite place to vacation is Hawaii. He and his wife enjoy a 2nd home there and visit at least 4 times a year. They love the warm climate, the slow pace, and beach living. This gives him a good reason to expand our business there over the next few years as well.
Heather loves to visit Cabo, Mexico. She and her family try to get there at least twice a year. They have a great timeshare right on the beach and it is their oasis. It is a great place to unplug and be pampered.
Our goal for 2022 is summed up with this one phrase… You can hear us chanting it with our team every Monday morning:
